- 6 medium carrots, peeled and sliced in half lengthwise
- 1 tablespoon rapeseed oil
- 1 teaspoon thyme leaves
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 50g smoked butter
Boil the carrots until just cooked.
Drain and toss in the oil and place on a baking dish.
Roast in a 200c oven until coloured.
Mix the butter, honey and thyme and toss over the carrots.
