Medjool dates stuffed with walnuts, honey & goat’s cheese, pancetta

  • 12 medjool dates, split and stone removed
  • 125g goat cheese
  • 1 dessertspoon honey
  • 75g toasted chopped walnuts
  • 6 rashers pancetta

Mix the cheese, honey and walnuts together and press into the dates.Wrap in the pancetta and place on a pan to cook until crisp.

Drizzle with a little balsamic.
